Our Organization
Our research team is comprised of some of the most experienced and knowledgeable experts in the field, and we are passionate about uncovering the unique genetic makeup of Latin Americans. We strive to make our research accessible and applicable to our partners, and to ensure our findings can be used to improve the lives of Latin Americans in meaningful ways.
The LAGC is organized into Working Groups that focus on different disorders or content areas. The majority of the work happens in the working groups. To get involved in the LAGC contact the workgroup chair(s) for the disorders or areas where you want to contribute.

Our Outreach Liaison aims to facilitate the involvement of researchers with the broader research community and the public by making LAGC research and processes more accessible and understandable, assist LAGC researchers with translating their findings to the public, and translate psychiatric genetic research for the public.
